Doesn’t it feel frustrating when you expect a certain standard of service and it is, well, below par? Or there’s a little niggle that just irks you when dealing with a company?

At Hcsuk, we always aim to give you, our lovely customers, a 10/10 experience in every interaction with us, whether it be a delivery, a service engineer visit or a sales call. We have recently introduced a really quick and easy customer experience feedback card giving you a chance to tell us if we're a 10/10, and if not, what could we do to become a 10.

And we are thrilled to announce that in April 99% of you rated us as 10/10!

Thank you for taking the time to fill in our cards. It’s lovely to know that you think we’re doing a good job and it’s vital to keep that feedback coming in please, to ensure that we’re maintaining our high standards and to keep improving in everything we do.
